The Anti-Terror Barrier System – 7m is a complete hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) solution designed to rapidly protect public spaces, events, critical infrastructure, and restricted areas against vehicle-borne threats.

Based on the ISO 22343 certified Road Barrier system, this package provides approximately 7 metres of certified vehicle protection using an innovative controlled deceleration principle. Unlike traditional rigid barriers that rely on a direct impact, the Road Barrier overturns during a collision and engages the vehicle's underbody and front wheels, creating a powerful yet controlled stop while reducing the risk of severe injury.

The system is fully mobile and requires no foundations, excavation, or heavy machinery. Delivered in a reusable pallet box, it can be rapidly deployed, relocated, and stored between operations.

How It Works

Upon impact, the barrier overturns rather than acting as a fixed obstacle. The triangular base engages the vehicle's chassis and underbody while the ground plates interact with the front wheels, creating a controlled deceleration process that brings the vehicle to a stop while reducing the forces transferred to vehicle occupants.
